central location helpful staff
The location was central to everything, just steps away from major attractions.. i loved how close it was. the staff were so helpful and always available. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me which was great.
the elevator was quite small, it sometimes felt a little cramped with luggage.

fantastic stay!
central location really good service discount benefit
i found the location quite central with easy access to key sites. the staff offered really good service, particularly murat who provided local insights. i also received a 20% discount at the restaurant and swift attention to any needs, like a minor wifi issue.
during my stay, i noticed a slight noise issue from the tram outside, though it was mostly during peak hours.

the standard double room was spacious and clean, a great space to relax after a long day. the bathroom featured modern fixtures including a rainfall shower, a great touch. fresh towels and toiletries were supplied daily.

Breakfast offered a lovely selection of fruits, hot food, tea and coffee. The food was AMAZING!!! the chef prepared delicious, hot food daily ensuring a satisfying start. the restaurant staff also offered excellent service during breakfast.

the staff treated me like royalty, providing really good attention and care. they organised a hotel transfer and were helpful with any requests. murat in particular was very informative and attentive.

poorly maintained mold
the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room i was assigned was not like the photos online. the room was small and poorly maintained with mold. this was a serious letdown.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The location proved fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful, anticipating needs. Breakfast offered a great start to each day with fresh choices. A convenient transfer service ensured I reached the airport precisely on schedule in comfort.
The standard double room I booked did not resemble the photos online. With one suitcase open, walking space vanished completely. Luggage storage was absent. Opening suitcases on the bed was necessary.
